Nick is a veteran of hundreds of transactions, and has bought and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate and mortgage notes in eight different states over the past 25 years. His expertise is in upper-end single family homes and discounted default mortgages. Full Frontal Real Estate Investing is Nick's first book, although he has previously authored eight other courses on real estate investing; two of which have been sold nationally.
