Overview

Master's dissertation presented as a partial requirement for obtaining the title of Master of Science in Legal Studies under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Douglas de Castro. This research focuses on evaluating the characteristics that foresee the end of the globalized era in the world economic market (the so-called Multilateralism) and the return to the commercial model of Bilateralism. An assumption that finds its methodological basis in the comparative analysis of trade agreements signed by the United States in the last 20 years. The qualitative nature of the methodology that we will adopt in the work is linked to the purpose of the research in promoting a microanalysis of the causal process of this phenomenon. This assessment traces the impact of this new phenomenon in the fields of politics, law, and world trade and diplomatic relations. President of Oxford Group, Oxford Air, Aquera Foundation, and partner of Oxford International Law Firm. Carlo is a consultant, journalist, political analyst, speaker, entrepreneur, and educator. Graduated in economics and law with a Master's in Legal Studies and International Law from Ambra University. Carlo has several specialization courses in Brazil and abroad. Courses held at various institutions, such as: Getulio Vargas Foundation, University of Brasilia, Mackenzie University, Sorbonne, University of Chicago, Harvard and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
