Her research interests include migration, ethnicity, violence, and vandalism. Shmuel Shamai is a senior research fellow in the Golan Research Institute, University of Haifa. He also teaches in Tel-Hai College. His research topics are in sociology of education, with a concentration in ethnicity & education. Zinaida Ilatov is a senior research fellow in the Golan Research Institute, University of Haifa.
