Fraud Awareness is about a 21st century crime, personal fraud, that will affect every one of us. It is becoming so prevalent in our society that no one is immune to it. It is no longer a question of, if you will be a victim of one of these crimes, but when you will be a victim. What will you do when it happens? The defining number for personal fraud is 37.5%. Police forces around the globe recognize this number as the percentage of people who, when defrauded once, will be defrauded again. In North America, people who are defrauded once, will on average, be defrauded another three times.
