I don't think there's a better book on the market for people over 50, trying to start a business in the wake of COVID-19. As a professional counselor and clinical therapist, I was drawn to the extensive personality profiles that offered really good insight into identifying the business or industry with the best potential for someone who has lost touch with their passions, really themselves. After 30 years as an entrepreneur, it reminded me we should never stop learning and growing. My regret is I didn't have this information earlier in my career. It could've saved me a lot of time and money. It's very direct and doesn't try to hide or sugar-coat the challenges of someone starting late in life. The breakdown of personal biases and how they distort the value of any deal, make it seem like a winning proposition, was outstanding. I would recommend the book on that part alone.
