Pulitzer-prize nominee Dr Joseph N Pelton is Director Emeritus of the Space and Advanced Communications Research Institute at George Washington University. Dr Angelia P Bukley is Associate Dean, Professor and Space Studies Program Director for the International Space University in Strasbourg, France.
