Overview

Al Lodwick is a retired pharmacist and Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider who once collected an expert witness retainer of $500 via PayPal while waiting in a doctor's examining room wrapped in a sheet and wearing only his socks. He consulted in more than a dozen legal actions involving medications. In this book he gives advice on how to set up an expert witness and litigation consulting business. There are many examples of how to write expert opinions and advise attorneys on the strengths and weaknesses of their case. You learn what to expect when giving a deposition. Included are checklists for starting the business and assuring that your reports for the attorneys are complete. Become a part of the ultimate quality assurance system - the courts.
