She has taught at the University of Bath, the Free University of Berlin, Stanford, Carleton, Hanover, Queen's Belfast and Trento. Her research interests are in International Relations Theory, Politics, European Integration Theory, Constitutionalism, and International Law. Thomas Diez is Professor of International Relations at the University of Birmingham. He has taught in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Munich and Victoria (BC).
