Kala is a lecturer and accredited mediator in the School of Law and Policing at the University of Central Lancashire, where he teaches on the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Prior to embarking upon a career in academia, Zaman worked as a fee earner at a leading firm of solicitors, specialising in insurance litigation and dispute resolution. Ian Bowden is a practising solicitor advocate with many years of experience working in legal practice. He is also a senior teaching fellow at Liverpool John Moores University. Ian has experience across a wide range of practice areas including civil litigation, employment law, wills and probate, and medical negligence.
