"Michael LaVan AKA Pop, The Nickname was given to him by his parents when younger but he then turned the acronym to stand for Passion Over Power. That is the way that he approaches all business ventures. He lives by the motto of finding what you love and then finding ways to make income from it. It's not about the power of being an entrepreneur but the way to succeed doing what you love. Pop has considered himself an Entrepreneur since he was 20 years old owning an independent Record Label.
