Andrea Caputo is Reader in Entrepreneurship at the University of Lincoln. Andrea's main research expertise is multidisciplinary, covering subjects such as integrative negotiations, strategic negotiations and decision-making, cultural differences, and female entrepreneurship. He has authored a number of publications and his work has been presented at conferences around the world.   Massimiliano M. Pellegrini is Associate Professor in Organisational Studies and Entrepreneurship, University of Rome Tor Vergata, Rome, Italy. His research interests and publications are focused on entrepreneurial and organizational behaviours. He was also Chair for the Strategic Interest Group of Entrepreneurship at the European Academy of Management (EURAM).
