Dr B. K. Tripathy (1936-2007) has been Professor and Head, Department of English, Utkal University, and Principal Investigator, UGC Major Research Project (1997-2000). Dr K. M. Patnaik (1928-1999) was Director, Public Instruction, Government of Orissa. Earlier he was Principal, Ravenshaw College and Vice-Chancellor, Utkal University.
