Abdulkadir Develi was born in Bayburt (Turkey) in 1979. He holds a BSc from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Fatih University in Istanbul, and an MSc and PhD from the Department of Economics of Selcuk University (Turkey). He is Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Yıldırım Beyazıt University in Ankara. Selahattin Kaynak was born in Ağrı (Turkey) in 1974. He holds a BSc from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and a PhD from the Department of Economics at the Atatürk Unversity of Erzurum. He is Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at the University of Bayburt (Turkey).
