Thorsten Feix is Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg and manages the Master-Program „International Business & Finance (IBF)“. Besides, he teaches M&A at Harvard University, Advanced M&A in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux, Innovation Strategies at Geneva University and Finance at Bucharest University. He is a board member of the German “Bundesverband M&A”. He worked more than 15 years as Vice President of Corporate Development Strategy and M&A for multiple international companies. During this time he realized more than 70 transactions globally.
