Dr. Mabel Gonzales has over thirty-five years of experience as a classroom teacher, teacher educator, school executive, education consultant on special needs and inclusive education, and leadership coach. Mabel specialises in building the capacity of future-focused educators, teachers and school leaders to foster an understanding of the interplay of educational theories and practice. As a leadership coach, she helps school leaders and business executives to expand their perspectives on self and organisational development.
