Rothwell received the BS degree from Michigan Technological University, the MS and EE degrees from Stanford University, and the PhD from Michigan State University, all in electrical engineering. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Michigan State University since 1985, and currently holds the Dennis P. Nyquist Professorship in Electromagnetics. Before coming to Michigan State he worked at Raytheon and Lincoln Laboratory. Dr. Rothwell has published numerous articles in professional journals involving his research in electromagnetics and related subjects. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Xi, URSI Commission B, and is a Fellow of the IEEE. Michael J. Cloud received the BS, MS, and PhD degrees from Michigan State University, all in electrical engineering. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Lawrence Technological University since 1987, and currently holds the rank of Associate Professor.
