Pansy has nearly 40 years’ experience working, accessing, and leading within early years (Nursery class, Day Nurseries, Sure Start and Children Centres and has18 years’ experience in FE and HE). Christine Withers is Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies at London Metropolitan University where she leads on practice-based modules, as well as supporting and assessing students in placement.
