Agung Prasetyo Nugroho Wicaksono is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting Studies at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia. He got his Bachelor’s from the Department of Accounting, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia. He got his Master’s degree from Airlangga University, Indonesia. Rizki Febriani, Lecturer in the Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. She studied Bachelor of Economics in 2007 at the Management Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Malang and a Master of Management Science and doctoral at Brawijaya University Malang. Her research focuses on human resource management. Ali Roziqin is a lecturer in the Department of Government Studies at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia.
