Being a diehard Entrepreneur myself, I thought the books to be excellent reads and very informative and helpful for any aspiring Entrepreneur. Not boring like most other books of this type. For a solid business plan and many other good points to avoid basic mistakes when starting a business. Don't Do It the Hard Way 5 Stars on Amazon Great book. Well written and an easy read. ... a wealth of business experience distilled into easy to understand lessons. I liked his chapter on Managing in Difficult times - Stay focused, be relevant, look for opportunities in the crisis and leverage it to create urgency. I would strongly recommend reading this book, but most importantly learning from other's mistakes. A very good read and really great advice. What I like the most about both books is that we can immediately apply these ideas and keep on fixing what has to be fixed. Very complete and comprehensive, whether for the start-up entrepreneur, or small business people at any stage of their careers. I like the format - a great approach to get important lessons across - worthy of being reviewed regularly to assure that your ideas, strategies and tactics are being implemented. Great information and the stories are a bonus. For someone like me that is going to start-up a business this book gives you the push you need. Stop shopping around and buy this book now.
