Over the last thirty years, many influential church leaders and church planters in America have adopted various models for reaching unchurched people. An attractional model seeks to attract people to a local church. Jim Putman is the founder and senior pastor of Real Life Ministries and the founding leader of the Relational Discipleship Network. The author of such books as Church is a Team Sport and Real Life Discipleship, he holds degrees from Boise State University and Boise Bible College. His passion is discipleship through small groups. He lives with his wife and three sons in scenic northern Idaho. Bobby Harrington is the co-founder of discipleship.org and the founding and lead pastor of Harpeth Christian Church. He is the chairman of the board for the Relational Discipleship Network and the co-author of DiscipleShift, Discipleship that Fits, and Dedicated: Training Your Children to Trust and Follow Jesus. He has been married to his wife, Cindy, for over thirty-five years, and they have two adult children who are disciples of Jesus. Jim Denison started his narration and voiceover business in 2013. Since then, he's worked with over sixty clients worldwide, including having worked on nearly fifty audiobooks. He holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in Christian studies, and he recently retired from forty years of full-time Christian ministry. He is the voice for the popular YouTube channel Top10Archive.
