It gives a full explanation of the meaning of each word in both English and Arabic and uses it in a sentence to show the correct context, the grammatical part of speech of every word, and how it functions in meaning as well as grammatically within the sentence. Moreover, the book indicates the IPA phonetic transcription of each main entry, elucidates the anomalous plurals of nouns, and highlights variations between the American and British spelling when they occur.
