English summary: The Influence of the People's Republic of China on the Interpretation of Freedom of Expression on the Internet The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the interpretation of freedom of expression on the internet by the People's Republic of China and its influence on the interpretation of this human right in the discourse of international law. The aim of the work was to examine the topic in a legally neutral manner and without criticizing other legal systems. It seems more important than ever to develop an understanding of other legal systems and their adaptation in many countries around the world in order to conduct the international legal discourse on the basis of the applicable law. This work is intended to make a contribution to this. German description: Die Arbeit widmet sich der Untersuchung der Auslegung der Meinungsfreiheit im Internet durch die Volksrepublik China und deren Einfluss auf die Auslegung dieses Menschenrechts im volkerrechtlichen Diskurs. Der Arbeit lag das Anliegen zugrunde, das Thema juristisch neutral und ohne Kritik an anderen Rechtsordnungen zu beleuchten. Es scheint wichtiger denn je, Verstandnis fur andere Rechtsordnungen und deren Adaption in vielen Staaten der Welt zu entwickeln, um den volkerrechtlichen Diskurs auf der Grundlage des geltenden Rechts zu fuhren. Dazu soll diese Arbeit einen Beitrag leisten.
