Leiter, B.A, MBA I graduated in 1952 from Dartmouth College in English Literature and Art History. In 1960 I received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. In 1953 I graduated with honors from the United States Air Force Officers Candidate School. I was honorably discharged in 1954 when the Korean War ended. From 1954-1984 I owned and managed Leiter's Designer Fabrics, which in the 1970s had 3000 part-time sales agents throughout the continental United States and sales of over six million dollars. In 1986 I moved to Morelia, Mexico. During the period 1986-2005 I owned and operated an export business of Mexican artisan products. In 2005 I retired in order to dedicate myself to studying the problems of public education and to the development of experimental programs in a kindergarten, a primary, a secondary and a preparatory school in Las Trincheras de Morelos, a marginal community in the city of Morelia, Michoacan.
