Defend Yourself integrates martial art techniques created centuries ago in the Orient into a surprisingly effective method used today to deter an unprovoked attack from nearly any dog. As an innovator in the martial arts, Coach Melvin developed his methods after studying martial arts with older disciples of some of China's most renowned masters. With a college background in computer science and music, he applies computational logic and rhythmic movement in his varied techniques.
