Darrin Brown, Sr. is a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida, and 'Dad, I Can Hit!' is his first publication. Darrin has been a volunteer and travel baseball coach for over 15 years and during this time he has helped a lot of kids through their development stage. Early on he saw the need for young kids to development the mental mindset to compete. To often the kids physical talents exceeded their mental capabilities and frustration would set in compromising the kid's physical talents. Coach Brown, to many who know him, made a conscience decision to focus on mental preparation. ""Your talent is your talent-,"" he likes to say, ""-but how you present your talent is truly a mindset."" This takes on positive reinforcement on a daily basis. It is his hope that this book gives a glimpse on how parents can help kids development the confidence to accomplish the very thing they desire.
