OverviewPlease note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Czatkowiella is an extinct genus of long-necked archosauromorph known from Early Triassic (Olenekian age) rocks of Czatkowice 1, Poland. It was first named by Magdalena Borsukae'BiaACynicka and Susan E. Evans in 2009 and the type species is Czatkowiella harae. Of the five taxa mentioned above the first three died out at or before the end-Triassic extinction. The choristoderans continued as a minor group until the Miocene, and the Archosauriformes were important factors in early Triassic environments before giving rise to the even more successful Archosauria.
