After being in this game for over 25 years at various levels, including the last 23 at the College level, this book lays out all the different personality types you will run into. Mental health and mental training are huge factors in our sport and this lays out different strategies on how to deal with situations that cause mental anguish among athletes, coaches, administrators, and parents. This is definitely a book all new coaches and us old coaches should use to help gain an advantage and help our players and programs. Dr. Bryan Wills is a chiropractor, entrepreneur, executive coach, and a dynamic speaker. Bryan opened his first chiropractic office right after he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in a rural community in northern Illinois.
