He is now an assistant professor at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Sun Yat-sen University. During 2017-2018, he had been a visiting scholar at Northwestern University. His research interests cover fundamental fluid mechanics and transport phenomena, with particular emphasis on non-ideal fluids and extreme conditions.
