Dr. Nikki Isaacs is an international healthcare consultant and has worked with the former Soviet Union, Tanzania, Africa, Mexico, many corporations and the U.S. government. She is a systems scientist, mental health professional, inspirational speaker, author, and metaphysician. She has worked extensively with indigenous populations across the U.S. In 1990 she was hired by Southcentral Foundation for the United States Congress as Project Director to open the first Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Program in the nation in Anchorage, Alaska. Dr. Isaacs created a unique treatment delivery system unavailable at that time for pregnant women and dependent children to gain admittance to drug and alcohol treatment as a family unit; a model that has since been replicated across the United States. Nikki discovered and compiled the principles presented in the Cosmic Boomerang to slay her own demons after personal failure with Twelve Step groups. Her success in using a compilation of Sacred Wisdom and Universal Laws spurred her on to graduate school as well as to conduct medical research to quantify the healing technique presented in the Cosmic Boomerang which is steeped in scientific evidence.
