Unfortunately, most evidence-based CBT protocols are developed for individual delivery, with only superficial instructions for how to deliver in groups. Bieling, McCabe, and Antony offer a much-needed corrective, expertly explaining how to set up and manage CBT groups for a range of presenting problems and disorders.
