She’s a co-author of the ISTE books Closing the Gap: Digital Equity Strategies for the K-12 Classroom and Closing the Gap: Digital Equity Strategies for Teacher Prep Programs. Keith E. Howard, Ph.D., is an associate professor at Attallah College of Education Studies at Chapman University. His research interests include technology use in education, ethical issues in K-12 education and equity issues in mathematics.
