CLOSET PSYCHIC by Mary Onnis This book is about hiding a lifetime of personal experiences with extra sensory perception (ESP). The author has had several professional jobs in which ESP was helpful, including being an assistant professor at two universities and assistant dean of women at two universities. She is also the mother of two children, now grown. The book reveals sixty-nine of the more noteworthy of her thousand or more psychic experiences. These include precognition, clairvoyance, astro-travel, mind reading, mental teleportation, interaction with spirits, 'exterior' physical control of her body, and a few other very unusual events. At an early age, she realized her sixth sense was unusual and considered strange. Not wanting to appear weird, she carefully hid -- even from her best friends - her psychic abilities. Now that she has retired and relocated, she is anxious to try to help get a sixth sense recognized as valid, acceptable and beneficial. Warning: Your reaction to this book will be based on your personal opinion regarding the existence of extra sensory perception. If you are extremely skeptical of such and/or have little curiosity about it, you will likely view my experiences as a lot of fantasy or maybe even dull fairy tales which are not believable. Thus, I suggest you put my book down and not waste your time. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mary Onnis has had several professional jobs utilizing her graduate studies in the behavioral sciences. For eighteen years, she was a social science research analyst. Prior to that, Mary was an assistant professor and assistant dean of women at two universities, a child welfare worker and a classified materials' control officer. Mary is also the mother of two children. Now retired, she writes about her personal experiences in the hopes of touching and inspiring others in their life journey.
