This book provides an aggressive climate change policy to make Australia or other nations carbon neutral, without a current cost to consumers, and generating massive profits over a few decades. A plan is costed for Australia and the USA to achieve 100% renewable energy and be carbon neutral in 30 years. These costs will be entirely offset by reduced costs of coal.
