Based in Santa Cruz, California, he has more than 22 years' experience in human capital and talent acquisition strategy and is responsible for the Candidate Experience Awards worldwide. Adela Schoolderman was the Director of Learning Programs and Advisory Services at Talent Board. Based in Seattle, Washington, she has 14 years' experience in talent acquisition, specializing in management consulting and technology recruiting within the financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail and hospitality industries.
