Reviews

An excellent, enjoyable, enlightening read which is refreshingly straightforward and honest I've just finished reading this book and can recommend it wholeheartedly. It's a straightforward, easy, enjoyable read which follows a process through from the development of self-awareness to some really good techniques and approaches which can help to alleviate anxiety, overthinking and self doubt. With the final aim to enable the reader to become their real authentic selves, feeling calm and assertive and not buried under other people's 'shoulds'. Brilliant!
