As a business innovation consultant, he has helped companies like Allianz, Avis, BASF, ManpowerGroup, Toshiba, Heineken, AkzoNobel, Starwood, and Novartis build innovation into their corporate DNA. Bensaou has been a visiting professor at Harvard Business School, a research fellow at the Wharton School of Management, and a visiting scholar at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Karl Weber, president of Karl Weber Literary, is a writer, editor, and book developer with over twenty-five years of experience in the book publishing industry. Weber has coauthored and edited a number of books, including the New York Times bestseller Creating a World without Poverty, coauthored with Muhammad Yunus, winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize; the #1 New York Times bestseller What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception by Scott McClellan, which Weber edited; and two bestselling companion books to acclaimed documentary films, Food Inc. and Waiting for ""Superman,"" both of which Weber edited.
