Author Information

Award-winning photographer Steve Hinch is a full-time resident in West Yellowstone. What was supposed to be one summer in Yellowstone has become more than a decade of living and working in the Yellowstone area. Through his wildlife and landscape images from across the country, Hinch shares unique views of nature as they happened in that moment in time. Hinch's images have been featured in a variety of publications and collections, including the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of Natural History. A freelance photographer with a degree in biology and a background in animal behavior and environmental education, Henry Holdsworth has been photographing and living in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem since 1982. In that time he has produced fourteen books on the area. When not photographing in the field, Henry can be found at his Wild by Nature Gallery in Jackson, Wyoming.
