W. Chan Kim is codirector of the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute. He was a professor at the University of Michigan and has served as a board member for a number of corporations in the US, Asia, and Europe. Kim has coauthored numerous articles that have appeared in publications such as the New York Times, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review. His articles on strategy and multinational management have appeared in a variety of academic journals, and his book, Blue Ocean Strategy, is an international bestseller. Kim has received a number of awards and accolades, and has been recognized as one of the world's most influential authors in the field of global strategy. Ren�e Mauborgne is Professor of Strategy at INSEAD and codirector of the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute. She is the coauthor of the international bestseller Blue Ocean Strategy, which is recognized as one of the most iconic and impactful strategy books ever written. Roger Wayne served in the Air Force as a radio and television broadcast journalist in South Korea and won several awards before obtaining a BA degree in communications and journalism. He is an actor living in New York, narrating audiobooks, working on independent film projects, performing off Broadway, and auditioning for major network shows.
