The book covered various events involving blizzards such as: The Blizzard of '77, The Storm of the Century, and How to Prepare for a Blizzard. This book would be a good reference for middle school readers to use as it provides detailed facts with colorful authentic photographs and diagrams showing how snow forms and predicting blizzards.
