Meryl Thomas is Professor of Law at the Institute of Law, Jersey, where she specialises in land law, equity and trusts, and wills and succession. She was formerly Professor of Property Law at Birmingham City University and Professeur Invitée at Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense (formerly Paris X).
