Academic research in pioneering area of biotechnology. Worked in research, manufacturing and marketing for DuPont, advancing to general management in US, UK and Germany. After 23 years moved on to investment banking, venture capital and private equity in US, Europe, Brazil and Japan. Antiquarian book dealer with shops in London and Norfolk England.
