He started his career in the technology consulting industry in a global Fortune-500 company before transitioning into the Canadian applied research system. He has served in various leadership positions within Canada's innovation ecosystem and on the board of several prominent organizations.Dele holds a doctorate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manitoba. He is a certified lean six-sigma practitioner, a program manager, a published scientist, a technology executive, and a prolific writer of leadership literature.
