Overview

Summer is over and it's time to go back to school, but Tortoise is worried. What if the others don't like him? What if the school dinners aren't very nice? Can he really face the first day of school? This is a beautiful, simple book for young readers about being brave, with a surprise at the very end! This is the perfect back to school book from new talent, Meryl Eyckerman.
