Davenport is the cofounder and director of research at the International Institute for Analytics, a world renowned thought leader and executive adviser on analytics. His book, Analytics at Work: Smarter Decisions, Better Results, was named a must-read for 2010 by CIO Insight. Davenport holds a PhD from Harvard University, taught at Harvard Business School, and led research centers at McKinsey and CSC. Andrew McAfee coined the phrase ""Enterprise 2.0"" in a 2006 Sloan Management Review article. McAfee has authored more than fifty case studies and articles in the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, the Washington Post, and Financial Times.
