Born in 1984 in Honduras, he was raised in Greenville, SC for most of his life. After 9/11, he enlisted with the United States Marine Corps as soon as legally able to, as a Junior in high school in September 2002. Several weeks after high school graduation, he was shipped out to Parris Island MCRD in July 2003, to become a United States Marine. After four years of service and two tours in Iraq, he was honorably discharged in July 2007. Following his civil duty to his country, he graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from Furman University in his hometown of Greenville, SC in May 2013. Currently he lives with his wife, Rebekah, and daughter, Penelope, along with their two Goldendoodles, Teddy and Ella. He is expecting a second child in January 2021. Sgt.
