Ms. Brazier does a great job of bringing a light-hearted approach to a subject that so many deal with (including myself). It is therapeutic to know that others are going through the same thing you are. Maybe there really is truth to the phrase -Laughter is the best medicine- (along with a good dose of xanax)! She balanced her great sense of humor with an obvious compassion for those who deal with a very real obstacle in their lives. Author Information

Shayna was born in Iowa but raised in Idaho. She comes from a very loving and anxious family. She spent some time in South America as a young adult trying to figure out what she wanted to do with her life. She has always had a passion for writing and kept a steady blog of her everyday life for a while. Apart from being an author, Shayna Brazier has had many unique jobs including: picking up trash at the county landfill, cleaning bathrooms, teaching high school music and art, writing parking tickets, mowing lawns, calling insurance companies to see why they didn't pay, glueing stones into charms, selling utilities to new movers, and paying bills. Given her wide array of skills she has decided to pursue anxiety full-time. When she is not working, Shayna enjoys massages, facials, and napping in a hammock on the beach. The other 364 days of the year she endures chasing her kids around and trying to keep up with the house.
