Caris desires to help all generations see their value and worth. It is important to her to give a voice to the voiceless and help those who feel alone in their battle. Caris has actively served in churches she attends helping with children and youth ministries since 2008. Caris is the author of Anxiety Elephants 31 Day Devotional. She speaks in schools to students on coping skills for anxiety and trains teachers on how to help children with anxiety.
