Dr. Wiseman has been an expert and leader in comparative and international education for a quarter of a century, and continues an active research agenda of comparative and international educational research on educational policy and practice using large-scale assessments, document analyses, and individual level data to contextualize, examine, understand, and inform refugee education, gender (in)equity, educator preparation, and educational leadership worldwide.
