She has been a class teacher, assistant headteacher, deputy headteacher and one half of one of the UK’s first and youngest all-female co-headships back in 2009. She has been a consultant for the national strategies and is currently the Research and CPD lead for Discovery Trust based in Leicestershire across 15 schools. David is an assistant principal, a geography teacher in the Lincolnshire region, and a writer and illustrator of education ideas. Also, he is a specialist leader and evidence lead. His debut book, coauthored with Oliver Caviglioli, was Organise Ideas, Thinking by Hand and Extending the Mind. Through their work together, David and Oliver have set up the brand Organise Ideas and have planned to continue to work together on future projects. Oliver Caviglioli is uniquely placed to bridge the gap between education and graphic design. A former special school headteacher, Oliver learned design principles from an early age from his architect and typographer father.
