OverviewThis is the first book in a series of short stories, suitable for four to eight year olds. These short stories are excerpts from the larger book 'Princess Annabelle' also available on Amazon. Annabelle yearns to be a princess; sadly, Archie, her little brother does not always make this easy! Annabelle tries hard to be helpful but somehow things can get a little complicated, especially when glue and hair get together. Fortunately, Annabelle has three older siblings to help out, and even Mummy and Daddy have been known to rescue the situation. These entertaining stories are beautifully illustrated by Rachel Williams. Annabelle's adventures will resonate with both child and adult alike, as she attempts to negotiate life as a would-be princess. Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationI love children; as mother to seven children I suppose that is fairly obvious. Sharing stories with my children, when they were little, was one of my favourite things. Books that my daughters particularly enjoyed were My Naughty Little Sister and Milly Molly Mandy, so these books were a key inspiration. I wanted to write a book celebrating and just enjoying the incidents that make up a child's life and I have to admit Annabelle in particular was based on one of my daughters.
